Team Members
Richard Teolis
Senior Vice President
Mr. Teolis is a retired United States Army Colonel with a combined active and reserve service of 30 years, plus an additional 12 years in a variety of positions to include: Chief, Enlisted Readiness Division, Deputy in the combined Officer/Enlisted Readiness Division, and currently the Chief of Staff, Military Personnel Readiness Directorate and the Chief of Operations Management Division.
Ryan French
Vice President Technology
Mr. French currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Department Sergeant Major at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College. In his current role he leads the strategic design, development, and delivery of elite training programs that prepare the Army’s next generation of talent acquisition professionals. He directs curriculum innovation and faculty excellence to ensure the force is equipped with cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies, doctrine, and operational capabilities that directly support America’s decisive force. He has 12 years experience in the HR field with duty as a Detailed Recruiter, Station Commander, Instructor, Research and Integration NCO, and First Sergeant in Talent Acquisition. He has served in the US Army for over 20 years.
